The company MARQUES SOARES opened its doors in the city of Porto at Rua das Carmelitas 92, on November 5, 1960. With a space of 150 m2 and 10 employees, the sale was only for clothing fabrics, Knitwear and shirts. Today it has an area of ​​14000 m2 and 370 employees, divided between Porto, Braga, Aveiro, Santarém, Beja, Vila Real and Évora. In addition to the clothing, it also has in its facilities, home textile sections, fabrics, tableware and decoration, perfumery, lingerie, shoe store, leather goods, optics, appliances, sports articles, watchmaking and restaurant.
