At IKEDA, we return to the Japanese origins. They premise the bet on quality and simplicity, always favoring the taste and freshness of our ingredients. We have rescued some of the more traditional dishes such as teppanyaki, okonomiyaki and yakitori. In addition to sushi, which we only make with the freshest fish and ingredients, we present a variety of snacks focused on meat, vegetables or tempura. All served in small portions, with the special purpose of tasting and sharing. The space was thought in the light of the concept Izakaya, the tascas and the informal spaces in Japan where the people meet to snack and to live. With an intimate and refined atmosphere, IKEDA is born with the promise of being an extension of Japan in Oporto.
